Carol J. Guess and Associates is a professional interior architecture firm, specializing in all areas of commercial and residential design.

A licensed interior designer and member of the design community since 1984, I received my training at Indiana University in merchandising and buying, and business management, plus many specialty course CEU credits. Over the years, I have gained a broad depth of knowledge to apply to our design concepts.

We set up project teams based on each client’s needs to ensure you the very best in technical support throughout the project. We also work in tandem with the following professionals.

Vevgeniy Veller takes the lead in producing our design concept cad drawings. He comes to our team with vast experience in software proficiency and technical skills as well as supreme architectural detailing. He assists in developing all of the construction documentation, coordinating the bidding process and final construction. Synchronizing all the elements of our design, he details the design of custom millwork, furniture, plumbing, and lighting.

Mitch Markowitz is known as the acclaimed award winning South Shore Poster Artist. He brings his expertise to our renderings and design concept drawings. Jean-Claude Patou comes to us from his studio in Dania, Florida. He owns a fabulous award winning art gallery and his flair for artist renderings gives us the visual edge on ideas.
